Rationale
|
Use of selenium in preventing tumor growth in patients with previously resected Stage I Non Small Cell Lung Cancer. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of selenium supplementation in reducing the incidence of second primary lung tumors in patients who have been treated for Stage I NSCLC with complete surgical resection. Patients are eligible for this study if they are post complete resection of stage IA or IB NSCLC who are currently free of disease.
